2279254 - Advance search in Document Center - Onboarding

Symptom

  • Advance Search in Document Center.

Environment

  • Applicable for all DC centres and KMS(Zerolag) Customers
  • Onboarding

Resolution

  • In the DocumentCenter work queue, click the Advanced Search button.

  • The dialog box for the advanced search will present

  • Choose a field you would like to search by from the drop down list under the Select Field.  In this example, the first name.  Choose the Operator from the drop down list.  In the example, contains is chosen.  Add the Condition Value in the field.  In the example, the letter T was added in the field.

  • Click Add to add the advanced conditions for your search.  Then click submit.
