2278276 - Where to Create Request for Onboarding Refresh or Migration - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

This article is dedicated for SAP Certified Partners and Consultants and if you are a customer (System Administrator) who would like to trigger a refresh request, please follow instructions stated in KBA 2630586

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Resolution

For Go-Live Customer(s)

Please engage with your SAP Certified Partners or Consultants as they are responsible for this type of action.

 

For Live Customer(s)

If you are engaged with SAP Certified Partners, or Consultants, you must first direct your request through them. In the event you have no SAP Certified Partners, or Consultants you may file a request with our support team by following the instructions in KBA 2630586

 

For Implementation Partner(s) and Consultant(s)

To request for Onboarding Account Refresh, kindly follow the steps below.

  1. Login to SAP SuccessFactors HCM Cloud Operations Portal with your SAP ID. (The hyperlink will direct you to refresh form)
  2. Click the Operations Request tab and select the ONB Account Refresh Request.
  3. Fill-out all the required details.
  4. Upload the approval e-mail template from the client. 

To request for Onboarding Account Migration, kindly follow the steps below.

  1. Login to SAP SuccessFactors HCM Cloud Operations Portal with your SAP ID. (The hyperlink will direct you to refresh form)
  2. Click the Operations Request tab and select the ONB Account Migration Request.
  3. Fill-out all the required details.
  4. Upload the approval e-mail template from the client. 

Note

  • This process is strictly implemented for customers who are engaged with an SAP Certified Partners, Consultants, or SAP Professional Services 
  • Please allow our internal team to complete the request at least 2 to 3 weeks for your request to be completed

    ANSWER: A clone of the Source account will be made at the specified Destination. The Destination account and all associated data will be deleted prior to activity.

    ANSWER: At this time, there is no cost involved for instance refresh.

    ANSWER: Please submit the request 2 to 3 weeks before the date you need the refresh or migration to be completed.
