SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

The Job Board Marketplace allows users with admin permissions to add and configure a new job board/school on Recruiting Posting platform or check job boards availability in Recruiting Posting. It also allows users to suggest the integration of new job boards if a job board is not available.

Adding a new job board using the Job Board Marketplace does not require any technical knowledge or resources from Recruiting Posting support team.

1. Go to Manage Recruiting Posting/Settings
   
   
   
   
2. Select "Job Boards" or "Schools".
   
   
   
   
3. Use filters to find your job portal. For instance, use "Diversity" instead of General to find specific handicap job boards.
   
   
   
   
4. When using Countries/Regions filter, you do not find the job board you want to add with a particular country, you can try to select "Worldwide" as some job boards should accept jobs no matter what country you post for.
   
   
   
   
   

Once you find your job portal, you can perform the following actions:

• Click Visit website: it will redirect you to the job portal website
• Click View details: it will show you information about the job portal like the frequency of job export or supported countries and languages
• Click Add job board: it will start the process of job portal configuration
