2275230 - RMK Portal URL and RMK Job Search URL - Recruiting Marketing

To provide a seamless user experience, integrated workflows help the user navigate back and forth between Recruiting Management and Marketing.
In order to have all of these workflows working correctly, RMK Portal and RMK Job Search URLs must be configured according to the instructions in this article.

• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)
• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK)

Prerequisites

• An SSL Certificate must have been installed.
• Integration between Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing must have been configured.
  
  

Procedure

1. Log in to Provisioning
2. Navigate to Managing Recruiting
3. Click Configure Recruiting Marketing Datacenter URL
4. Specify values for the RMK Portal URL and RMK Job Search URL

Note: There are no hard technical requirements for the RMK Job Search URL, but it is recommended to leave it as the portal URL, especially if unspecified by the client.
It is also possible to append the search parameter (/search) as a number of buttons like the Back to Job Listing button for example are using this URL and it might make more sense to have candidates land on the search results rather than the home page.

The portal URL has to be the RMK homepage. The RMK Portal URL needs https:// and nothing after the .com.
