2253282 - Unable to see form templates in Launch Forms tool - Performance Management and 360 Multi-Rater

When launching a Performance Management form in Admin Center, the form template drop down menu does not show any results.

Prior to 1511 release, Launch Forms in Admin Center was dsiplaying all Form Templates for Types - Performance Management and 360.
With 1511 release, Form Templates in Launch Forms are enhanced to displays based on permission setting "Permission to Create Forms" found under "General User Permission" in the RBP settings.

 After finishing the permission configuration, please refresh RBP in provisioning to make quick synchronization in system.

 Note: in order to make changes in Provisioning, please contact your Implementation Partner. If you don't have a Partner, you can find for SAP Certified Partners via the SAP Partner Finder or, alternatively, speak with your Account Executive or Customer Engagement Executive about Professional Services options.
