2251980 - Invalid IP format error when setting API Login Exceptions

The error below occurs when setting up the IP addresses in API Login Exceptions:

"Invalid IP format"

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Go to Admin Center > Password & Login Policy Settings
2. Click on "Set API Login exceptions..."
3. Add new or edit a user security settings
4. Add the IP address
5. Save and error is returned

IP address provided is in incorrect format.

Make sure that you provided the IP addresses in a valid format.

You need to enter the IP addresses separated by comma, for example: 10.20.30.40, 10.20.30.41

When entering an IP range, you need to include it with the following format: 10.20.30.1-10.20.30.10
