2239917 - Duplicate Manager Steps in Performance Management Forms - Performance Management

Some users have duplicate steps in the route map for Manager step in their Performance Management Forms.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Go to > Performance
2. Open a Performance Management Form
3. At the top of the Form, you will notice that a step of the route map is appearing twice

Automatic insertion of new manager as next document recipient if not already is enabled in employee import or in the HRIS sync job if the instance is using Employee Central.

If the current step of a Form is of the manager and there is manager change, it will complete the step for the Old Manager and insert one more step for the New Manager if document transfer options "Automatic insertion of new manager as next document recipient if not already" is selected in employee import or in the HRIS sync job if the instance is using Employee Central.
