How to disable class notifications at the class level? And at the global level?

Resolution
To disable notifications at the class level:
- Navigate to Learning Administration > Learning Activities > Classes > search for the required Class record >
- Go to the "Details" tab > search for "Email Confirmation for Admin-Initiated Actions" and "Email Confirmation for User-Initiated Actions" sections >
- Define to 'No' the email settings as per business requirement > Save
To disable the notifications at the global level:
- Navigate to Learning Administration > System Administration > Application Administration > Registration Settings >
- Search for the "Email Confirmation Defaults for Administrator and User Actions" section >
- Uncheck for User, Manager, Instructor, Contacts, and Organisation as per business requirement >
- Click on 'Apply Changes'
Important: New classes created after the update to the global settings will inherit the new settings. Classes that were created previously to the global settings update won't be impacted and need to be manually updated, if required.

NOTE: These notifications settings do not impact the VLS notifications: if the class is VLS enabled, the user will still receive the VLE notifications.
