When enabling the Show in People Profile setting for a role in a career worksheet, receive an error:
Unexpected error.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning
Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to system
- Navigate to Home dropdown > Development
- Select the Career Worksheet tab
- Select the My Job Roles tab
- Select the Job Roles I'm Considering tab
- Select a job role
- On the right-hand side of the competencies section, check the box for Show in People Profile
- Receive error
Cause
The preferredNextMove background-element has fields configured with required=true
Resolution
As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. Please engage a Certified Partner to assist with this configuration.If you do not have a Certified Partner, you can look for one using SAP Professional Services / SAP Certified Partner / SAP Account Management Team [SuccessFactors Cloud].
