Resolution

The Search Results page shows:

  • How close the employee matches the search criteria (see % of match column);
  • The number of employees matching the search criteria;
  • Basic information about the employees.

The Search Results are sorted in descending order of % of match. If multiple employees have the same % of match, they are sorted in the list by their user ID.

If you would like to better understand the % of match for each employee, you can simply click on the column and it will show you how the employee matches the Search Criteria:

In this page, you can:

  • Use the “Save Search” link to save the search results;
  • Use the “Modify Search” button to modify the current search criteria;
  • Use the Faceted filter panel on the left to narrow down the search results. The Search results are updated for each modification you make on the filter panel.
