Inside the Executive Review tab you have the option to use the filters to do a more precise research.

In Executive Review we have fields that are default and cannot be removed:

Department
Division
Location
Pay Grade (Salary Grade)  (if turned on in template)
Job Level (if turned on in template)

All the other filters beyond these ones are consider as custom fields.

It's possible to re-order only the custom fields. If you would like to re-order your custom fields, raise an case with Support Portal.
