2206007 - Create Job Req From Succesion Org Chart Not Functioning

Several users are in the process of utilizing the Create Job Requisition Tool from the Succession Org Chart v12; however, the system will not redirect the user to any location to actually create the Job Requisition, thus the process is stopped and the requisition cannot be created

• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

1. Login to the instance
2. Navigate to Succession
3. Select any position and click on drop down arrow in Position tile
4. Click on 'Create Job Req'
5. Once clicked, it is not navigating to any page

The Job Code may not be mapped properly with the associated Job Role

In order to associate a proper Job Code with the Job Role:

1. Download the Employee Data file
2. Search for Title (On the file the column is labelled TITLE, within Manage Job roles it is ROLE.)
3. Check if there is a Job Code associted with the Title
4. The Title is associated with a job code
5. Cross check if the Title is the same under "Manage Job Roles."
6. If the Job Code is different, it must be mapped as it is configured in Employee Data File
1. Click on the Role
2. Change the Job code to reflect Employee Data File
7. Save
