2202835 - Downloading Connector Templates

Where are the Connector Template input files be downloaded and does it provide the headers?

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

In the Learning admin side, click:

1. System Administration > Connectors > Download Connector Template
2. Select either "Download Template (all columns)" or "Download Template (only mapped columns) >
3. Select the connector template to download
4. Select the file and its extension (if applicable) > Submit.

Downloading the template provides the connector input filename along with the headers. Not all headers in the input file might be required for it to be processed, please refer the See Also section.

Tip: Please make sure that the Admin has the Permission: "Download Connector Template" added to the assigned Role to be able to see this option in the system.
