• It is not possible to disable Talent Card view in Calibration Session
• This KBA covers how to reduce the information displayed in the Talent Card as a potential workaround

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management - Calibration

1. Navigate to Calibration Session
2. Click on List view Dropdown
3. Search for "Open Talent Card"
4. No option to hide Talent Card

• If the system is enable/upgrade to use Enhanced Matrix Grid feature which is the "New Calibration Matrix View UI", then the talent card is part of that feature set
• There is no option to disable or hide the talent card only

You can configure the Talent card to show minimal information such as shows name and title:

1. Navigate to Admin Center -> Employee Files -> Manage Talent Card -> Calibration Talent Card
2. Select Options as you required
3. Click Save

If the customer is not in RBP, then the permission would need to be defined in data model to view the content of the Talent Card
