2184358 - Validation Error for Telephony when adding the VLS option in a class

When adding the VLS server information during creation of a class, receive the below validation error:

 The meeting could not be updated on the VLS server. Please try again later or note the error code and contact your VLS administrator.
 VLS Error Code: On a TSP site, if enableTSP is false then telephonySupport can only be NONE, or OTHER

SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)

This error is from the VLS vendor (i.e. WebEx) configuration; the telephony type used by the APIs from LMS VLS config must match.

Ensure the TSP (telephony support partner) settings are enabled properly on the VLS vendor as likewise with VLS VoIP or audio.  Note this is outside of Cloud Product Support scope and the VLS vendor support should assist with these settings as they affect API (VLS vendor UI support may be unaware so ensure the VLS API support is contacted).
e.g. WebEx Teleconference Service (Purchased TSP) or Integrated VoIP is enabled allowing Call-back or Webex Audio is correctly set.
