• Currently the Time Pattern is HH:MM AM/PM, how can it be shown as HH24:MM:SS?

The Date and Time patterns shown for the Item Revision are determined by the Date and Time Patterns associated with Locale which you selected for your Admin Preference.

Navigate to Admin Side-> References-> Manage Labels ->Locales->Find your Admin Locale-> Check and Change the Time Patterns

If you also need to, also update the Locale Format Options under your Admin Preferences. You will then see the specified Time Pattern in the item records and also reports, such as the Item Data report.
