2167650 - Why some users with 0 Times Entered have Object Details populated but others do not - Online Item Status CSV Report

In the Online Items Status CSV Report, why are some users with 0 Times Entered have Object Details populated but others do not?

• If a user was assigned the online course but never launched it and the admins also did not access the Online Status tab of the User Record (User record > Content Status tab)
• Times Entered as 0 and blank for other fields will be seen
• If a user was assigned the online course and never launched it, but the admins accessed the Object Details on the Content Status tab of the user record, this triggers an entry in the PA_CBT_STUD_CPNT table.
• Times Entered as 0 and content object data populated for other fields.
