2164572 - How to share Reports Online Report Designer ( ORD ) reports?

You want to share a report created via the Online Report Designer with other users.
This document will guide through the steps to share the report with another user.

• Online Report Designer

NOTE: Shares based on WFA roles will not be carried over after enabling Report Center.
Hence we highly recommend sharing reports based on BizX Role (Dynamic Criteria)

1. Go to Analytics then Report designer
2. Select the report you want to share from the list
3. From the Menu Select File then Report Sharing
   
   
   
   
4. You can either use the Quick Search (Users) or Dynamic Share (Criteria)
• Use the Quick Search to search for individuals by name.
  
  
  
  
  
• Share with dynamic groups such as Department, Division, BizX Role, WFA Role, etc., 
  
  
  
  Note: Users can share reports only with BizX RBP groups and BizX Dynamic Groups they had created.
  Groups they had not created will not be displayed when they attempt to share reports.
  This limitation does not apply to Roles.
  
  
5.  Click Ok to share the selection.
6. The shared report icon should look like the one below when the report is shared successfully
