Resolution
The purpose of External and Internal Career Site Posting buttons in Job Posting tab is only to show the URLs.
The chain icon doesn't copy the URL, but depending on the browser you're using, a button called Copy URL might be displayed. This is not supported by all browsers due to security measures.
In case you're not seeing the Copy URL button, you will need to copy the URL manually by highlighting it and copying with your keyboard (ctrl+C or Command+C).
