2133736 - Manage Templates - Allow exit step comments to be visible to all participants in a Collaborative (C) Step - Performance Management

This option is used to show the comments from anyone who's enrolled into a Collaborative Step in a Performance Review Form.

It is available under Admin Center > Performance Management > Form Template Settings > Select Form Template > Advanced Settings, and as any other Form Template Settings options it's dynamic, so it applies to live forms as well.

If this option is not enabled then only the “Exit” User from Collaborative step and the role receiving the form in the route map are able to view the step comments.  The other participants in the C step (Figure C) are unable to view the step comments.

Once enabled then all the participants in the route map are able to view the step comments.
