2105242 - Is it possible to export Successors? - Succession Management

Although there are resources in Admin Tools to import and export positions, currently, SuccessFactors does not provide a feature to export successors. Retrieving successors information from the instance, can be achieved by running an Ad Hoc report.

SAP Successfactors Succession Management

1. Go to Analytics, then Reports; 
2. Click Ad Hoc Reports;
3. Click Create New Report;
4. Select domain Succession;
5. Click Create; 
6. Enter a name and description;
7. Click People, then Refine Criteria;
8. Select Other Filters, then Ok:

9. Go to Columns > Click Select Columns:
1. For Role-Person/Incumbent-based nomination, the key columns are Job Code, Incumbent UserID, and Successor UserID:

2. For Position-based planning, be sure to choose Position Code and Successor UserID:

3. Remember that for both, you can include additional columns, like Ranking and Readiness:

10. Click Finished;
11. Save the report, and Generate it.
