2099827 - Event Reasons not available when creating Mass Change

Event Reason will not show up in the drop down selection box in Admin Tools / Manage Mass Changes.

Trying to setup a Mass Change but the Event Reason does not show up in the drop down selection box. 

     

This is due to the "Event Reasons" configuration. The Manage Mass Change portlet pulls only those Event Reasons which have the Employee Status as "No Selection". This is an expected system behavior running on Job Information changes.
