• A report is exported to PDF format from Crystal Reports. How to add signature to the document in Adobe reader, and set the lock functionality?

• SAP Crystal Reports 2013
• SAP Crystal Reports 2016
• SAP Crystal Reports 2020

1. In Crystal Reports, open a report.
2. Export the report to PDF format.
3. In Adobe Reader, open the generated PDF document. 
4. Click Sign > Place Signature
5. Save the document.

• There is no control over the PDF document Security from Crystal Reports application.

• Use Adobe tools to control security.
