2093276 - Adding 'Unknown' & 'Undeclared' & 'Others' values to Gender drop-down menu - Employee Central

It is possible to upgrade the system defined picklist Gender so that 3 new values can be selected from the Gender drop-down menu in Employee Central. The 3 new values are 'Unknown' & 'Undeclared' & 'Others'

• The 'Gender' (technical id:'gender') field has had 3 more values added to it. The Gender field is located in the Personal Information portlet in Employee Central. This drop-down menu is a hard-coded picklist and cannot be updated by the end-user.
• It is not possible to add different gender types.
• This feature can be enabled via the Upgrade Center
• Please also note that you can only add all 3 new values to the picklist, you cannot choose to add 1 of the values, this is currently not possible.

Once you have enabled the feature via the Upgrade Center - you have 30 days to revert. After this period it is not possible to revert via the Upgrade Center UI. It is advised that you only enable this feature in your Test system, and verify that you will use it moving forward, prior to enabling in any QA or Production environment.
