Frequency values are not effectively dated, but, when the system is created they are only available for selection in the Pay Component if the Pay Component is created on or after 01/01/1970. To allow Frequency to show for Pay Components created with an effective date prior to 01/01/1970, you will need to reload the Frequency Foundation Objects via Import. To do this please follow the steps provided below -:
1) Export and run the Foundation Objects Ad Hoc report on the Frequency columns only
2) The exported report will be in an import friendly format, so the next step is to download the Frequency import template via Admin Tools > Import Foundation Data > click on the “Download a blank CSV template” link and select Frequency.
3) Copy the data from the report to the import template and save the populated template.
4) Navigate to Admin Tools > Import Foundation Data, select Frequency and then set the “Type” to “Full Purge”, select the import file you have created via the “Browse button next to “Choose File” and once the file is selected, click Import.
-
This will not affect existing Pay Components or any other Foundation Object that uses the Frequency Foundation Objects.

Please raise a case with Product Support if you encounter any issues with this process.
