• Symbols indicate if the activity is overdue, incomplete or completed.
   
   
• Icons indicate if the user can execute, monitor permission, view or delete.
   
   
• What do the Symbols and Icons mean in the Work Queue?

• XpressHR Onboarding.

• Symbols:
   
  • The symbol   indicates an overdue activity.
     
  • The symbol  indicates that all documents have been submitted in the process.

• Icons:
   
  • The icon  on the left of the process in Work Queue indicates that the user can execute the appropriate steps of the process.
     
  • The icon  indicates that the user has Monitoring Permission within XpressHR™ and can only monitor the process.
     
  • The Employee at a Glance icon  allows users to view all data collected during a process.
     
  • The View Notice icon  allows users to view documents, which are either being in processing or have been submitted, or attached to the notification activity.
     
  • The Delete Activity icon  allows users to delete an activity from the Work Queue.
