2082171 - How to Mass Reassign Job Requisitions

• Administrative users with the proper permissions can reassign job requisitions to other recruiting users if there is a change in assignment or a user becomes inactive. 
• The operator in a Job Requisition is unable to change himself/herself as the operator (Error: Unable to process your request.)
• Requisitions pending approval will be routed to the new approver upon reassignment.
