Resolution
To add this configuration, the changes are performed in Admin Center > Edit Applicant Status Configuration.
Each status can be associated with Email templates. Email notifications are triggered when a candidate is moved from one status to another. The arrival status is the one who is triggering the Email notification.
As the notification is status-triggered, if a candidate is moved to the status again, it will trigger the email notification one more time.
Different Email notifications can be sent to the job requisition operators and the candidate, and it's possible to send different email templates to the candidate based on the type of the candidate (if it's external or internal).
It's not possible to distinguish between candidate type when sending emails to the operators.
It is only possible to send different email templates based on the type of recipient (internal or external candidate, Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Originator, etc...). It is not possible to have different emails sent to recipients based on their location or job requisition template being used.
