2080916 - Forwarding Candidates with Application Data Intact - Recruiting Management

• Recruiters can to forward multiple candidates to multiple requisitions without needing to take individual actions on each candidate;
• Forward with data intact allows the candidate data on the application and profile to be prepopulated on the new application when the candidate is forwarded;
• The feature allows recruiting users to perform the same actions on multiple candidates/applicants at one time. Also, allows recruiters to forward candidates to new requisitions with candidate application data intact. This saves the candidate from needing to reenter the same data every time they are forwarded to a new requisition.

• When the value of the fields on the application page (candidate summary page) get updated and then the candidate is forwarded to another application,  then the fields value will not be data intact with the latest updated application fields. It only works for application fields filled out by the candidate at the time they applied to the job req in question.
