You now have the option to make sure new Performance Review and 360 Review forms don't have overlapping start or due dates with other active forms. This option might be useful if you'd like to track different cycles during a specific date range.

• To do so, go to Admin Center > Form Template Settings and select the form templates that you want to work with.
• Then select the Prevent forms from being created with overlapping date ranges (this applies to all templates with this configuration enabled) checkbox.

Now, when there is an overlapping date and you try to launch a form for the user, the form will not be launched. In the Mass Create Form email notice you will receive a message like this:

"Mass Create Process has reported error(s).  You need to fix the following error(s) and may need to re-create documents for certain users:

Unable to create form. The Start and End date range selected overlaps with another form: <Form title>"
