• Why are goal plans and goals not showing correctly in the Employee Profile History Tab?

• Goal Management

The requirements for goals to be reported in the history tab are as follows:

• The Goal Plan must be enabled.
• The Goal Plan type must be configured as type=business.
• The history tab does not currently support Goal Plans that have Start and Due Dates that span multiple years. Example Start Date 7/1/2010 Due 6/30/2011. Which year should the goal be shown in? Change the start and end dates to fall within the same calendar year if you require them to be reported in the history.
• Make sure you are not excluded from seeing this content based on role-based permissions. Example only E & EM allowed to view private goals.
