This article explains how to report on who has been assigned a Group Goal (Version 2.0 Group Goal)

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

You can create an Ad-Hoc report of type Goal Management to see who has been assigned Group Goals.

1. Select the following fields from the Goal View:

• Goal
• Master ID
• Goal ID
• Goal Owner Username
• Type
• Active/Deleted

2. Step 2 - To report on only active group goals, filter on the following two fields in the Goal view:

• Type = group
• Active/Deleted = Active

3. Run the report and download to csv.
4. Open the downloaded csv file in Excel
5. To group the report by each Group Goal and see who have been assigned the Group Goal, sort by the following fields:

• Goal
• Master ID
• Goal ID

6. After sorting the results by the columns above, the first row listed for each goal should have a Master ID = -1.  This is the Group Goal owner.  The remaining rows for that same goal are the users that have been assigned that group goal. The assigned rows will have a Master ID = the Goal ID of the group goal owner row.

* we will not be able to identify team goals that have been shared in the report
