2072128 - Link a Goal Management Plan to a Performance Management Form

This article describes how to change a Goal Plan linked to a Performance Management Form template using Manage Templates.

The steps below will help make the proper changes using Manage Template.

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Performance Management > Manage Templates.
2. Select the Performance Review tab.
3. Select the template you want to link the goal plan to.
4. Click Edit Fields and Sections.
5. Select the Goal section.
6. From Choose which goal plan you want to link, select the desired Goal Plan from the drop-down list.
7. Click Save at the top left side of the window.

**Note: This setting does not update live forms. Any forms launched with the incorrect goal plan attached will need to be deleted and relaunched. It is not possible to reconfigure live forms.**
