How to delete goals in bulk?

Follow these steps to mass delete goals through Beta Goal Import using the goal's internal ID.

1. Find the goal's internal ID - Run the Classic Report > Objective Search > Open the export options and make sure that "Objective ID" is checked. You can also run an Ad hoc report and select the Goal Management domain. Include the Objective ID or Goal ID as column in the report.
2. Download the CSV header - Navigate to Admin Center > Under Objective Management, choose Beta Goal Import then select the plan template > Click Generate CSV Header > Save to a .csv file
3. Update the .csv file - Enter a row to update the goal > Enter the word OBJECTIVE in the ^TYPE Column (if it's a regular goal or OBJECTIVE_TEAM if it's a team goal) > Enter the goal ID from the report in the ID column > Enter "DELETE" in the ACTION column (case sensitive). 
4. Import the file - Navigate to Admin Center > Under Objective Management, choose Beta Goal Import > Click Browse then select the name of your import file > Click on Import

• If Goal Import Notification is enabled in the instance, you will receive a notification regarding the status of the import. You can also run the Objective Search or Ad hoc report again to verify that the goals have been removed.
• Please take note that performing "DELETE" action for goals of inactive user(s) through Beta Goal Import is not possible.
