Resolution
To change calibration to the latest matrix grid look & feel go to the Upgrade Center in Admin Tools.
Calibration uses the Matrix Grid Rating Scale.
To change the matrix grid rating scale descriptions in your Calibration template, change the matrix grid rating scale descriptions in Admin Tools > System Properties > Matrix Grid Rating Scale.
If the Matrix Grid Rating Scale link in Admin Tools is not enabled, open a case for Support to turn it on.
