Resolution

  • Views define how you want users to interact with the data.  Administrators build out the calibration views.
  • If you only have 1 reference point then you would use a view such as list view or bin view. If though you have 2 points of reference and need to represent that on 2 axis, then grid view can be used.
  • Note: Enabling the checkbox for Drag and Drop does NOT imply the elements selected support drag and drop! Make sure that your data also supports the logic for drag & drop.
  • Options “Show Calculated Rating” will automatically grey out if the element does not have calculated rating

Bin View: when you want to visualize and calibrate just one rating element

  • Calibrate any rating from SF
  • Drag-Drop support
  • Edit the source form (for eg: PM Form)

2.png

Matrix Grid View: when you want to plot 2 rating elements against one another

  • Easily view any two data elements from supported sources
  • Drag-Drop support
  • Edit the source forms (for eg: PM or Comp Form)

3.png

List View: when you want to view your session data in a table.

  • Quick tabular view of subjects in Calibration session
Quickly check boxes to mark as discussed or access forms, development plans or personal information
  • More information on calibration list views.

Dashboard: when you need an aggregate view of a particular session of employees being calibrated

The Dashboard view provides users with an aggregated view of data in a particular session.

Note: the Calibration dashboard is automatically created to summarize the current state of the calibration process and can't be customized.

Executive Review: when a senior HR or Business Executive requires an aggregate view of session activity and behavior
