This article provides information on how to include inactive users in Calibration sessions.

To include inactive users in the Calibration session, you can enable a specific setting in the Calibration template. By default, this is disabled and inactive users are removed or not included in sessions.

To enable the functionality, go to the Admin Center > Manage Calibration Templates > Advanced tab > enable the option Include inactive users.

Once the option is enabled, when creating Calibration sessions and the option select subjects automatically is selected, the inactive users will also be automatically included as subjects in the Calibration session. You can also search and add inactive users in an existing session.

When viewing the inactive users in the session, their names will display with a strikethrough in the List View and Bin View. In the Matrix Grid View, the inactive users will appear grayed out.
