Client Inquiry/General Information Question:

• This article explains how administrators can specify the number of decimal places displayed in the Detailed 360 Report. One could not control the number of decimal places included historically.

• This opt-in feature requires that you contact customer success in order to have them update template for a specified number of decimal places. This process requires a CCOR form and will be performed by the technical resolution team.

• After this feature is enabled by the Technical Services Engineering team, an admin would then enable the settings via admin tools. Please go to admin tools -> 360 Reviews -> Form Template Settings -> Select “Display ratings in the Detailed 360 report with the decimal places which are set in the form template.”

• Note: Due to the necessity of changing the form template configuration, the decimal place changes will only impact forms launched after the update. Please plan your changes accordingly.
