1982065 - Cannot create report of Crystal Reports 2011 based on web service of X

• Cannot create report of Crystal Reports 2011 based on web service of Query As A Web Service(QAAWS)
• The following message is displayed when set URL address of Query As A Web Service(QAAWS) as datasource.
  
  To create reports from web service of Query As A Web Service(QAAWS), go to Universes to connect the QAAWS, and then create reports from Universes.

• SAP Crystal Reports 2011
• SAP Crystal Reports 2013
• Query As A Web Service(QAAWS)

1. Launch Query as a Web Service.
2. Click Query > New > Query.
3. Type name as Web Service Name and click Next.
4. Select universe and click Next.
5. Select objects and click > and click Next.
6. Click Publish.
7. Click To Clipboard.
8. Launch Crystal Reports 2011.
9. Click File > New > Standard Report.
10. Double click XML and Web Services.
11. Select Use Web Service Data Source and click Next.
12. Select Use HTTP(S) WSDL and paste above step 7 to HTTP(S) WSDL URL and click Next.
13. Click Next.
14. The following message is displayed.

Workaround: To create a report based on web services of Query As A Web Services by Crystal Reports for Enterprise.
