1966503 - Values Not Displaying Completely in the Footer of the Form

Information added in the Footer of Master Template Form is not displaying completely.

1. Navigate to Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to Master Template Maintainance View.
3. Select Form Master Templates from the Show drop down.
4. Select the relevant master template from the list and click on Edit button.

You can see there are four blocks for the footer is seleted and in the Preview of the form in the same screen itself the value is truncating. 

The cause for the issue is the information entered in the footer of the Master Template is exceeding the standard footer length.

This is the standard behaviour of the form template.

If you want to dispaly a long information in the Footer of the Master Template, the Service Center can reduce the number of blocks and then extend length of each block.

This also needs an on-demand service request raised by responsible service advisor.

In order to display the information correctly if it exceeds the footer length of a particular block, as a workaround you can give the value in the next line as a continuation of the previous line.
