Symptom
Crystal Reports 2011 Crashes with "Access violation - code c0000005 (first/second chance not
available)" when browsing for ODBC File DSN after opening report by double-click with the stack:

Reproducing the Issue
- Open an existing report by double-clicking the .rpt file
- Choose Database/Log On or off Server...
- Select "ODBC (RDO)"
- Choose "Find File DSN" and select "..."
- Crystal Reports 2011 crashes.
Cause
Combination of Crystal Reports 2011 Support Pack 02, MS SQL ODBC File DSN and opening by double-click on Windows Server 2008 SP2 crashes.
Resolution
Installing Crystal Reports 2011 Support Pack 05 has resolved the issue
