Managed Crystal Reports Dynamic parameter prompt has no drop down

1. In Business View Manager create a Managed List of Values for Crystal Reports
   1. Create a Data Connection
   2. Create a Data Foundation
   3. Create a Business Element
   4. Create a Business View
   5. Create a List of Values
2. Edit the Data Foundation or Business Element
   1. Add a Filter based on CECurrentUser which returns no data for Administrator
   2. Apply the filter to all users including Administrator
3. Schedule the List of Values using the Administrator user
4. Create a report which uses the List of Values
5. Notice that when the report prompts there is no drop down for the prompts

• Filter added at the Data Foundation or Business Element level is based on user and applied to all users included Administrator
• Filter returns no data for use Administrator therefore result of schedule is an empty List of Values

 

1. Edit Rights of the Data Foundation and Business Element filters so they are Not Applied to Administrator
2. 
3. Edit the List of Values and Clear Instance
4. Schedule the List of Values using the Administrator user
