Cause

When building reports using Crystal Reports and the Salesforce.com driver, the Salesforce.com data driver connects to a particular URL that corresponds to a Salesforce.com web service version.
The web service version that the driver uses is not configurable by the end user.

Resolution

The API version of the Salesforce.com supported in Crystal Reports depends on the version of Crystal Reports used. Below is the list of supported API version by version of Crystal Reports:
