1219902 - Not prompted for Cascading parameters when the report is behind a firewall

When opening a report with Dynamic Cascading Parameters in a BusinessObjects Enterprise XI system behind a firewall, you are not prompted for parameters.

The issue has been identified and tracked under ID ADAPT00525521.

Hot Fixes or Service Packs address this issue as indicated below. With the update(s), this issue is resolved.

Known limitations: Locate the following file: CRConfig.xml

Edit the file and add <BOEOrbPort>XXXX</BOEOrbPort>, under <DataDriverCommon>.

Example:

<DataDriverCommon>

<NumberOfThreads>100</NumberOfThreads>

<BOEOrbPort>XXXX</BOEOrbPort>

</DataDriverCommon>

Where XXXX is the port number opened on the firewall.
