2953639 - How to purge an application before a candidate or administrator deletes the candidate profile

• Application is in a disqualification status.
• The candidate profile is available in the system (non-anonymized)

If these 2 criteria are met, this KBA will show you how to purge (anonymize) the application and the candidate profile at the same time.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

If the application is in "unsuccessful status", a candidate request to be removed from the system and the candidate profile is not deleted, please see the option below:

1. Admin Center>Anonymize Candidate Profiles>Anonymize Candidate Profiles and Applications
2. Search for candidate and click "Anonymize"
3. In the pop-up message, enabled the option "Include Disqualified Applications"
4. Click Yes
5. You will see a message that the candidate was anonymized successfully and this should also mark the applications for anonymization.
6. Once the application is marked for anonymization, the application will be purged when the next job "RCM Entity anonymization" runs.
