2894414 - An exception with the type CX_SY_DYN_CALL_ILLEGAL_TYPE was raised - BPC NW 10.1

Symptom

In BPC standard version, you created your own email template for BPF notification based on the following wiki:
https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/CPM/How+to+maintain+BPF+email+templates

However, the following error occurs in SLG1 when creating a BPF instance and you cannot receive the email notification.
An exception with the type CX_SY_DYN_CALL_ILLEGAL_TYPE was raised, but was not handled locally or declared in a RAISING clause.
