Unable to logon to bpcwebclient after system refresh from production.
Already cleared the cache and checked SICF
https://server:port/sap/epm/bpc/web/clearcache
https://server:port/sap/epm/bpc/web/resetcachebuster

User Symptom:
Logon Failure
login attempt failed; contact your administrator
