You use Solution Manager ITSM in VAR scenario. You configured one destination for multiple customer number handling, and use new exchange interface for exchange incidents with SAP. Incidents for some customer numbers are not correctly updated and you see error "No destination for SAP customer number XXXX" in the application log of the synchronization job.
This error message "No destination for SAP customer number XXXX", SOLMAN_SAP_BACKEND029, long text is out of date with the use of the new Support Backbone where the HTTP connections are used.
