Symptom

  • In transaction VDH1N or VDH2N you create a customer hierarchy OR you update the hierarchy level of a customer and save the changes.
  • You expect that the KNVH-HZUOR (Assignment to Hierarchy) field will be updated and showing the current hierarchy level on which the customer is.
