2868393 - "No System Alias found for Service" error when accessing the OCC Dashboards category within Focused Insights ST-OST 200 SP02 and higher

Symptom

Within SAP Solution Manager 7.2, accessing the Focused Insights application and attempting to display the Operations Control Center (OCC) dashboards category results in the following error message being displayed:

  • Error: HTTP request failed. code: 500 - Internal Server Error. dueTo: No System Alias found for Service <service name> and user <User ID>.
